BUILDING INSPECTIONS

The Building Inspector will conduct a thorough inspection of the property looking for major structural defects. The sub-floor & roof-space is inspected (where accessible) and we do a comprehensive maintenance check internally & externally.

PEST INSPECTIONS

The Pest Inspectors are Fully Licensed and are a member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association. He will conduct a thorough non invasive Timber Pest Inspection of the property using the latest products & equipment including Thermal Imaging Camera and Moisture Meter as well as old fashioned tap sounding techniques and visual inspection.

DILAPIDATION INSPECTION REPORTS

A Dilapidation Inspection Report is to document the condition of a property adjoining the works prior to the commencement of construction. The Report includes photos of any cracking and/or damage that may be evident at the Property.
